What will you be doing?

It all starts with the need for talent. This can arise from additional staffing requirements, replacement of current employees, or the need for talent pipeline building. You kick-start the process based on your intake with the hiring manager, where you discuss the game plan (i.e., recruitment and selection process) and gather information about the desired profile.

Do you have a clear idea of the unique talent we are seeking? You initiate the hunt for suitable candidates, often spanning across the globe. You utilize various channels such as (online) advertisements, social media, professional and personal networks (including those of our hiring managers), as well as job fairs.

Throughout the entire hiring journey, you build long-lasting working relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates. With candidate experience as your mantra, you guide candidates through the entire hiring process.

Thanks to your professional advice following a competency-based interview and personality assessment, you, together with the hiring team, make the best decision.

Have you found the perfect match? You make the job offer call to the candidate and initiate the onboarding process.

In addition to the high operational focus of this role, you explore the latest trends in the labor market and industry. After all, innovation is ingrained in imec's DNA.

You have 10+ years of experience in recruiting and selecting international talent in (high)-tech environments.

You communicate fluently, persuasively, and professionally in both English and Dutch.
